About me

I am a Postdoctoral Fellow in Economics of Crime at the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER)

My research focuses on the economics of crime and policing. I study how police compensation and departmental financial constraints influence officer performance and the use of force. My current work examines a workforce policy that shapes both the composition of the police workforce and officers' on-the-job behavior.
